RPG's with dating sim like elements?

It's a shame that you don't own a PS2 because that console had a lot of those type of games which you're looking for compared to other systems. However, I recommend that you check out Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable for the PSP and Thousand Arms which was released for the PS1. I believe Mass Effect 2 which was released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 also had dating sim elements but you might need to check up on that.

EDIT: In that case, try Brooktown High (PSP) or Riviera: The Promised Land (PSP) because those have dating elements as well... Also if Valkyria Chronicles III (PSP) ever gets released in English that would be worth checking out too. The thing is most of these types of games only ever get released in Japan because of the high demand there is for those types of games there than there is here. If your okay with being a female protagonist then Hakuoki: Demon Of The Fleeting Blossom (PSP) is worth mentioning. Remember that PSP games are region free so if they're not in your region try importing instead.
