Try playing X-Note. It's a good game but it's kind of difficult though. Also u should try Spirited Heart it's a good dating sim game. There's also Harvest moon if u like to farm.

anyone of your list is dating sim for boys?? actually, i just know Rune Factory also Harvest Moon that can in two gender for male and female. if you get some dating sim for boys in english version please tell me thank you before that. I just like dating sim because the world god only knows that's so cool and i want to be Katsuragi ( Dreamer ) Lol.
