anything on the DS won't have nudity but most of those are for girls; are you looking for girls or for guys?
For guys on the PC there's an all-ages version of Kira Kira which removes the sex scenes from an otherwise good visual novel but it's not technically a dating sim. true dating sim without H you want Shira Oka or Summer Session probably, maybe The Flower Shop
