if you want a sim of a girl to start dating, create a single female sim in the sims 2 game, and then call the "dating service" in services via the telephone,
a gpyse kind of lady will show up, and she will set you up on a blind date.
you date will then be rated on a date metre, and you only have a certain amount of time before the date is over.
if it turns out to be a good date, then you will probably be able to call that sim again after the date, and ask him on date via the telephone, you then get a choice to take your sims on a date at a community lot or stay at home.
also sometimes you will find when your sims start to get close , sometimes the guy sim will sneak over in the middle of the night and leave you some chocolates, flowers or a love note in your letter box.

To answer your question, the only decent one I've played (for girls, with cute guys in it) is called Festival Days. It'll show up on google :) have fun!

The Sims 2 Nightlife is for both genders, and there is lots of romance and dating. However you have to own THe Sims 2 to play it.
