Those should all be in English, non-hentai, and freeware. Perfectly safe to download and will not give you nasty infections like warez sites will.
OBVIOUSLY you cannot obtain free games for the DS. If you want cheap DS games check the bargain bins or your local newspaper/craigslist/ebay for people getting rid of theirs.
